Lhasa Apso: Health Issues & Personality
Lhasa Apso:
The Lhasa Apso is a robust dog. Tearing is inherent to this breed, however, so some attention must be given to the eyes. Clean the eye contours with cotton swabs dipped in either boiled water or in a commercial isotonic product and remove any sticky matter. If tearing is abundant or non-existant, consult your veterinarian. The Lhasa's opulent coat also calls for attentive care. Brushing, combing, and untangling must be done daily, and baths two or three times a year.
