Craniomandibular Osteopathy: A bone disease affecting the skull and jaw, found in growing dogs.  The cause is unknown and there is no treatment, although the disorder usually stops on its own by the dog's first birthday.  Serious cases may affect the dog's ability to use its jaw for eating.
